Through different topics, we provide useful information for the visitor who rents a property in Puerto Vallarta or its surroundings. Our objective is to contribute to facilitating your stay in our paradise.

At present all properties that are listed here, are catalogued in the first place by zones (read the complete description of each zone). Once in the zone you can choose what type of property you prefer between condos or apartments, villas and houses. Once you have chosen the type of property, the catalogue with all the rental properties of that type listed in PV4RENT.COM which are available in the zone will open.
Each property will open on the screen with the information that will help you to determine if it is a good choice for your stay in our destination, including a link to the website and the email of the agency or person who is renting.
The data that are shown of each property are as follows:

This is the type of rental property. It could be: condominium or apartment, villa or house. For the moment these are the 3 types listed.

3.- What are the seasons in Puerto Vallarta ?
High Season
Lasts from the second half of November to the last day of April.
Low Season
Lasts from the month of May until the end of the second week of November. Within this time period we have the rainy season which basically consists of the months of August, September and October. During this season it usually rains in the afternoon or in the evening. While the radiant sun is bathing our beaches during the day, during the night the rain inspires and invites to remain curled up enjoying an excellent climate and spectacular sounds. This time of the year is known as the most romantic one.
Special Dates
Easter Week, the week after Easter, Christmas week and New Year are dates which are considered independently from the seasons. These are the weeks with the highest level of demand.
4.- What is the average rental rate of a property in the destination ?
As a rule the first thing that is taken into consideration in order to establish a rental rate whether daily, weekly or monthly, is the season of the year. Here the law of supply and demand predominates. Holidays like Christmas and New Year's are the most popular and the rates for high season are higher than those for the low season.
